Always be sure to click the "Return to Merchant" button upon completing your Paypal payment. Sometimes, you may be presented with a OTO (one-time-offer). If you do not wish to purchase the OTO, just click the "no-thanks" link near the bottom of the page, and it should take you to the members area, here: http://www.dollarmadness.com/member/login.php.
Inside the members area, click the link for "Product Downloads", scroll down, and you should see a download link for the product you purchased.
